Produce an all-staff internal event to celebrate an organisation’s 75th anniversary as well as a newly launched brand refresh.

Embedding a brand
Recognising that employees play a key role in shaping brand experience, we produced a multi-sensory internal event that translated Landsec’s brand idea into something tangible.
Guided by their brand idea of ‘Everything is Experience’, the event immersed employees in a series of carefully designed moments - from meditation rooms to edible installations - each created to surprise, delight, and reinforce the brand beyond visual identity.
Turning an abstract idea into a lived experience by focusing on the 5 sense that make up an ‘experience’, the brand became more memorable, meaningful, and embedded in everyday interaction.
